10 × 50 @ 1:00, free/fly
5 × 100 @ 2:00 free strong
Some other stuff (2300 total? 3 × 50)

Day 34: Saturday last week
Bodypump (again!)

Swimming after. Something like

2-1-2 &times 2, free/back, IM
5 × 100 @ 200, descend (from a 1:37 to a 1:22)
Some dicking around after
