Swimmer on a Mission: Day 29

Hello all, friends and family! Workout below the fold! No workout Tuesday because of gaming. But workout from Wednesday! Short day in the water, but that’s because I did dry land right after!

2-1-2 × 2, free/back, IM
10 × 50 free/fly @ 1:00
200 free @ 4:00, went about a 3:04 cruising
2 × 100 IM @ 2:00, went about 1:35s
200 free/back/scull pull

Then, Bodypump!

Basically, Bodypump is high rep, low weight lifting, targeting each section of the body for about 3-4 minutes (aka the length of a song). Times 10-15 with different body sections. I will be sore tomorrow because of it.
