Swimmer on a Mission: Days 26–28

Friday, Saturday, Monday.

2-1-2 x 2
4 x 200 kick, 1 IM stroke per 200
4 x 200 KDSD, ditto
200 broken backward IM on 1 min
200 easy

Swimming on Saturday and Lifting before!
3 times through the following set:
10 × bench press, 20 lb per arm
10 × one armed row over bench, 25 lbs
10 × vertical bench press, 20 lb per arm
10 × tris, both arms, 20 lb

Then for swimming,
2 × 2-1-2, free/back, IM
Dink around for a 500, because arms

Total: 1500 meters

Monday: arms still are sore, and I had some bad shoulder twinges today during the time in the water. Probably the fly dominance of today’s workout.

2 × 2-1-2, free/back, IM
10 &times 50 @ 1:10, free/fly
4 &times 200 kick @ approximately 4:40, RIMO
300 fly drill
200 scull/back/pull

Total: 2800 meters
