Swimmer on a Mission: Days 19–21

Big news! Today marks the end of the month since I started swimming (June 12, 2014). That’s 21 days of activity (defined as hiking or swimming) over the span of 31 days! I haven’t really been losing weight, but I feel faster each and every day, which means my body is adapting.

Day 19:

3 × 2-1-2 free, IM, breast/free
100 easy
400 breast kick
200 fly kick on back
200 fly kick with board
4 × 50 @ 1:30 fast, held 0:30–0:31 (yards)
200 easy
2 × 50 @ 1:30 fast fly, held 0:33–0:34 (yards)
200 easy

Total: 3100

Day 20: Lost to memory. Something like 1500 yards.

Day 21:

3 × 2-1-2 free, IM, breast/free
100 easy
400 breast kick
400 fly kick on back
4 × 50 @ 1:30 fast, held 0:33–0:35 (meters; I finally have proof that the pool I’m swimming in on a regular basis is meters based on last week’s definitely-yards pool)
100 easy

Total: 2700
