Swimmer on a Mission: Day 17

Didn’t workout yesterday since I woke up feeling someone had beat me up yesterday morning. But today was good—did a set that was apparently a master’s set. And I’m feeling faster every day! 😀

200 free/back
200 drill IM
200 kick IM
4 × 100 IM @ 1:50
3 × 100 IM @ 1:45
2 × 100 IM @ 1:40
100 easy
16 × 25 fly/free by 25 @ 0:30
100 easy
200 hard pull free (went a 2:40!!!)
3 × 100 breakout off the wall to middle, free to wall @ 2:00 (breakout fly for the first, back for the second, breast for the third)
300 easy.

Total: 2900

I also talked with someone just starting to swim on stuff he could improve with his freestyle. He sounded enthusiastic to learn.
