Swimmer on a Mission: Days 13–16

It’s been a bit. I just wasn’t motivated to post, but I have been working out! Have not 1, not 2, not 3, but four (yes, count ’em), four workouts! The days were Friday through today. All in all, delicious butterfly is making its way more and more into my sets.

Day 13:

5 × 100 freestyle @ 1:40
400 kick IM
300 pull back/freestyle
4 × 50 something or another
4 × 25 IMO fast @ 0:45
100 scull/easy
4 × 100 drill IMO
8 × 25 butterfly @ 0:45
100 easy

Total: 2300

Day 14:

500 free/back @ 1:50 pace
500 kick IM
500 free/back pull
100 easy
400 fly drill (yay fly)
8 × 50 free/fly by 25 @ 1:00
200 easy

Total: 2600

Day 15:

4.2 mile hike at approximately 2 miles/hour pace

Day 16:

3 × 2-1-2 swim-kick-pull free/back, IM, free/fly @ 2:00 pace
100 easy
350 drill fly
50 kick fly
10 × 50 free/fly @ 1:00
100 easy

Total: 2600.
