Swimmer on a Mission: Day 8

Date: Today.
Post-workout, pre-food weight: 168.8 lb

No workout yesterday, as I had been commuting a total of 4 hours for a work event. Here’s today’s workout:

2 x 2-1-2 fr/ba, IM
10 x 50 @ 1:10 alternating fly on back, br with board
8 x 75 @ 1:40, kds by 25, IMO (first 75 fly, back, breast, second back, breast, free, etc.)
4 x 50 descend @ 1:00 — went :47, :43, :41, :37.
100 scull easy, 100 fr/ba easy

Total: 2500.

Edit: Apparently this is day 8. /embarrassed
