Swimmer on a Mission: Days 5 and 6

Date: Day of this post.

Days 3 and 4 are forever lost to the abyss known as my memory. They were this weekend’s Saturday and Sunday. I have enough trouble remembering which locker is mine after a workout at the pool. You’ll live without them. Without further ado:

Day 5:
500 fr/ba
3×400; 1x drill, 1x kick, 1x swim. The drill and kick might be backwards….
100 of scull/back/free or something

Total: 1800

Day 6:
2s-1k-2p x 3: Fr/ba, IM, fr/fly

4×50 swim. free?

2x {50 easy, 50 fast}

100 scull/back/free

Total: 2000

The fast was nice! The fly also was nice, though stereotypical pain occurred.
